DIETRICH EDGAR HERFURTH On Tuesday, May 9, 2000 at the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg, MB, Dietrich Edgar Herfurth, aged 62 years, beloved husband of Carol Yvonne Herfurth of Stephenfield, MB. Besides his loving wife Carol, Dietrich leaves to cherish his memory his children, Enrica Herfurth and Darren Fisher of Brunkild, MB; Farica and Darin Poulsen of Elm Creek, MB; Harlan Herfurth of Stephenfield, MB; Verena Herfurth and Frank Roe and three grandchildren, all of Fannystelle, MB; and Reni Herfurth of Carman, MB. Also surviving are three sisters, one brother and their families, all of Germany. He was predeceased by his parents, Rudolf and Frieda Herfurth; by one brother and one sister; all of Germany. Dad will be remembered by his family as a strong, hardworking man who enjoyed working on the farm. Most of all he loved and enjoyed spending time with the family. He is loved and will be sadly missed by all of us. Funeral mass will be said from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Carman, MB on Monday, May 15 at 2:00 p.m., with Fr. Martin Houston officiating. Interment will be in the Carman Catholic Cemetery. Doyles Funeral Chapel of Carman in care of arrangements.
